Are You Making it Easy to Participate in Your Association?

It’s October 19th at 10 PM Eastern. I’ll let you figure out why I’m Googling associations now. Suffice it to say I’m riled and I want to make sure I am

supporting the organizations that I believe have the best chance of a last minute impact on our election. Sure it might be too little too late, but I best I’m not alone in wanting to make a difference.
Interestingly, both made me work to find out what I can still do to participate. I am a stressed-out concerned citizen wanting to go to bed, but to first put my hopes and fears into a pool that will help to make a difference tonight. But I just can’t figure out how to do it.
My job is to help maximize impact and revenue for our clients. Neither of these organizations currently are. If they were, my first suggestion would be to design your homepage to clearly show how to participate, contribute, or join.
If the site were simple and efficient to get the information I need, then they would have had support this morning from me and probably many others.
What are you doing today to easily increase revenue and participation to maximize the impact of your association?
